These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the winluck platform, including all games, account services, promotions, and financial transactions available at winluck.co. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using any part of the winluck platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

winluck reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. One (1) Account per person is permitted. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonus funds, and may result in the forfeiture of real money balances where fraud or abuse is established.
During registration, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a password meeting winluck's security requirements. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winluck is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal, winluck requires all Players to complete KYC verification. You must submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — accepted documents include PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's licence, PRC ID, SSS/GSIS ID, voter's ID, and postal ID — together with a recent selfie photograph holding the same ID document. winluck may request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
Account Security. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winluck immediately via live chat or email support. winluck may suspend your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of a security incident.
Account Currency. All winluck Account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for a particular game or promotion. Deposits made in other currencies are converted at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction.
Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. winluck reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address on file. If an inactive account's balance reaches zero following the application of such fees, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate their accounts by logging in and completing any required re-verification procedures.
Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your winluck Account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirement obligations.
Approved Payment Methods. winluck currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and USDT cryptocurrency. winluck reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. The current list of active payment methods is displayed on the Payment page of the Platform.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your winluck Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to clear depending on the initiating bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to:
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. winluck is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient financial institution.
Anti-Money Laundering. winluck operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. winluck reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for large or unusual transactions. Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the winluck Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source less any applicable processing fees.
winluck offers various bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion only.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion details. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and are not eligible for cash conversion until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
Bonus Abuse. winluck reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, placing bets in a pattern inconsistent with normal recreational gaming, or coordinating with other Players to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Determination of bonus abuse is made at winluck's sole discretion.
Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the bonus was credited to the Account. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings generated from Bonus Funds is capped at five (5) times the value of the original bonus amount credited.
Game Rules. Each game available on the winluck Platform is governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are typically accessible from within the game interface.
Random Number Generation. All slot games and non-live casino games on the winluck Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems provided by licensed game suppliers. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous and subsequent rounds. winluck does not alter, influence, or override the RNG outcomes of any game.
Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional human dealers in monitored studio environments. Results are determined by physical game equipment — including cards, dice, and roulette wheels — operated by the live dealer in the studio. All live studio feeds are subject to continuous monitoring by independent technical observers.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, winluck's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, any wager placed for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. winluck is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
Errors and Omissions. winluck reserves the right to correct typographical errors, erroneous odds, or incorrect payout information that may appear on the Platform. Bets placed based on manifestly incorrect odds or payout information that the Player knew or should reasonably have known to be erroneous are void. winluck will honour bets placed in good faith at correctly published odds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winluck Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

All game content displayed on the winluck Platform is provided under licence from the respective game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. winluck makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winluck's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winluck's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of law.
winluck collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winluck collects personal data including but not limited to: your full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, government-issued ID details, residential address, IP address, device identifiers, transaction records, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and personalised communications where you have consented to receive them.
winluck does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. winluck may share your data with licensed game providers, payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

winluck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended for investigation, winluck will aim to complete the investigation within fourteen (14) business days. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds balance will be handled in accordance with winluck's internal compliance procedures. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure for cause.
Where winluck chooses to close an Account for commercial or operational reasons not related to any breach by the Player, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the last used withdrawal method.
Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your winluck Account or any transaction on the Platform, you must first submit your complaint to winluck's customer support team. Complaints may be submitted via live chat or by sending a written description of the dispute to the support email address on this site. winluck will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and will aim to resolve the complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
Escalation. If you are not satisfied with winluck's resolution of your complaint after the internal process has concluded, you may escalate the complaint in accordance with the regulatory complaints procedures applicable under your jurisdiction. winluck will cooperate fully with any properly constituted regulatory investigation.
Binding Decision on Game Outcomes. winluck's records of all game transactions, including bet placement, game results, and payout calculations, shall be conclusive evidence of the facts recorded therein in the event of any dispute. Where a dispute arises regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by winluck's gaming system shall take precedence over the Player's recollection or device display.
Time Limit for Claims. Any claim or dispute must be submitted to winluck within ninety (90) calendar days of the date of the transaction or event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
winluck reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it may adversely affect a Player's rights — winluck will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice of the change by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address.
For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, additions of new sections that impose no additional obligations on Players, or changes required urgently by applicable law — winluck may update the Terms without prior notice and the amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Account Closure procedure set out in Section 3.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit winluck's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it has an interest to protect.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
